If you are tired of starting over, stop giving up

Whatever you are considering doing or giving up the choice is yours. You want people to look at you differently? Make them. You want things to change? You gotta get out there and change them yourself because there are no fairy god mothers in this world.

Intake (so far)

Breakfast: 1/2 glass of low fat milk

               2 scrambled eggs

               1 slice of jam

Morning snack:1 cup of green grapes

                    1 yox

Lunch: 5 tablespoons of white rice

          1 chicken leg 

          1/3 cup sliced pear

          blackberry juice

Afternoon snack: 1/2 cup of low fat milk

                        1/2 cup of corn flakes

                        1/2 cup of strawberries
