Breakfast: 1/2 glass of low fat milk
2 scrambled eggs

Morning snack:1 cup of green grapes

Lunch: 5 tablespoons of white rice
1 chicken leg
1/3 cup sliced pear
blackberry juice
Afternoon snack: 1/2 cup of low fat milk
1/2 cup of corn flakes
1/2 cup of strawberries
